sir, Can you please tell me, while counselling in neet, there are three categories for General unreserved in private colleges, govt (through merit), private (start 7Lacs) and mgmt/NRI(>1Cr), For second category, what mark is elligible (350?). Pls give me more info.
Hello!
You have correctly distinguished the categories under which the counsellings are being done. You are, in your query, referring to the second category which is 'private' and for that too you need to score above the required cut off marks which differs from college to college.
There is no any exact marks that I could say, would be enough for securing a seat in the Private Medical Colleges. But, as we see the previous year's trends, a student scoring above the overall NEET cut off ( the one that is needed to qualify NEET), is eligible to apply for these colleges. The closing scores have been as low as 200 out of 720.
You can use this tool to predict the college based on your marks.
