Sir does btech(lateral) is equivalent to 4years btech and is lateral btech is consider as 4year graduation??

There is a huge difference in BTECH lateral and btech , btech lateral is of 3 years it is diploma in engineering it is not at all equivqlent to four years of engineering , I would suggest you to do engineering after 12 th and not go for lateral btech after 10 th
