JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice by NTA in a Year. JEE Main April Session application form will release which is expected to come out on 8th February, 2019, You can apply. You can check the further information with the given below link.

Yes you need to apply again for april jee mains 2019.
The official dates have been released by NTA and the application form of JEE Main April 2019 will be available from February 8 to March 7. JEE Main April 2019 result will be announced on April 30.
