Dear Kiran, if you are enquiring about NEET, you should pass each subject individually but have an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% if you belong to General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC,ST,OBC. Even if you just score pass marks that is fine but the aggregate in these 3 subjects should be 50%.

As you have not specified the course regarding which you want to know, one cannot firmly tell you.
But generally, when the basic qualification for an exam/course/College is asked, they specify if they want the minimum % in a given subject (eg. English or Maths) or percentage of all the subjects included.
