See this occurs many time. And this can occur due to the server problems. So don't worry about it. Go for forgot password in night as the traffic on website are least as a result there are least possibility of server issues. By then I think you will get the OTP on your email if you then also not get then obviously see your SPAM email folders and other folders. Sometimes the emails get filtered.
