JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year for the first time and it is difficult to predict the qualifying marks. For general category, more than 85 percentile score is decent to qualify for the Advanced exam but this is still not clear. Nothing can be said exactly before the result of April exam.
Also, I would suggest you to appear for the April exam and try to perform better in that exam.
