The first thing is as you’ve secured only 38 marks in AP Eamcet, if you belong to SC/ST Category that defines you are qualified in AP eamcet. But if you belong to OBC Category and OBC Category non creamy layer then as per your score you Are not qualified in AP Eamcet. It you have qualified your rank will be around 90,000 to 1,00,000. For this rank you have no chances to get admission in the top colleges of Andhra Pradesh. If you have not qualified then your rank card and rank will not be issued.
