- Unfortunately, NO you cannot use health certificate pdf of year 2020 in the year 2021 because it's a year old health certificate pdf. If you bring that to your document verification they will ask you to do that checkup again and make a new health certificate according to the new formate. Their might be some changes which would have been brought by the authority but was not available in 2020, it could be of new formate, there are many more possibility.
Health certificate needs to be renewed as per the new formate present or given in the Academic Boucher of the respective counselling authority website.

The format for the health certificate will be same as last year. But it's always better to download the certificate again from the official website and fill the form again with new updates.
So do keep in mind that don't submit the last year certificate, you have to make a new one with proper requirements and the changes needed accordingly..
