The official Jee Advanced cutoff will be released by NTA after the conclusion of the exam in April. The expected cutoff is about 85 percentile, so you might not qualify for the Jee Advanced. However, you could reattempt the Jee mains and try to improve your performance.

60 percentile is not enough marks to get qualified for JEE advance.According to experts a student having 85 percentilie or above can be eligible for appearing in JEE advance.So sorry to say but it is true that you are not able to appear for JEE advance.
