GKVK stands for Gandhi Krishi Vigyana Kendra (GKVK) which is the headquarters for the University of Agricultural Science, Bangalore. To be eligible for admission in the college, the candidate must score atleast 35% marks in the 10+2 Boards examinations.
The college considers two factors for admission- 50% weightage of 10+2 marks + 50% weightage of Practicals conducted by the college. Coming on to the total number of seats, There are total 1125 seats for BSc ( Agriculture ) course in all the 4 agricultural universties at their 11 constituent colleges including GKVK.
