NTA is not going to publish your exact score of jee main. And you can only know your range of marks. To know your exact score range only one thing you can do is to first check your rank in rank predictor. The link is given below

(100-NTA PERCENTILE SCORE ) multiplied by 874469 /100.
by doing that calculation using that formula, you will find the rank.
