First of all prepare a perfect timetable and give equal time to each subject.Then start from basic books like NCERT and solve it completely and then only refer to other books like RD SHARMA,HC VERMA,OP TONDON,etc.
Solve as much as you can and always clear your doubts.Solve previous year's questions to get an idea of the pattern.

The first step in preparing for JEE main is to completely solve the ncert textbook in such a way that you are able to solve any question from it easily, be it exercise of solved examples. Then, you should study from the reference books for different subjects jets which will give you a broader explanation of the topics. Then, you can solve the previous year question papers which will increase your speed and accuracy in solving the questions. This will help you score good marks in JEE main.
