Sir i am a haryana student and i do want an admission in a college of mahrashtra so shld i go there for offline adm or online wld be okay

Generally counselling is done online for all exams. So, you need not to come for counselling but admission is done on reporting physically in all colleges. So you need to report to college for final admission.
