Hello Jayateja, You can apply for Admission to colleges in Karnataka with B category reservation. However you will be considered among the All india quota candidates for whom seat reservation is 15% and not the home quota candidates with 85% reservation status.
You can however apply to private colleges in Karnataka since this rule holds for Govt colleges normally.
