sir, I am a OBC student but under creamy layer catagory. Whether I have to apply under OBC or General catagory?

It is good to hear that though you are from OBC category, you are confident with your skill set and know where you stand among the general category. As far as the category is concerned, you just need to focus on what benefits you. If you can score well by applying in general category then well and good but if you can get a better opportunity by applying as an OBC then GO FOR IT! Don't waste the privilege if it is benefiting you.
