Yes, as your parents are residents of Andhra Pradesh for more than 10 years, you could also maybe fall under local or non-local categories based on the AP EAPCET Rules. If you are local or non-local with AP domicile, you could be eligible for a free seat (Category A seat) under government and top private colleges, provided your rank and category are within their cutoff during counselling. Do not forget to take your residence and study certificates during document verification.
