I think you have scored maximum marks to cross the cut off. Assam CEE 2019 I think has yet to announced the cut off.After the declaration of cut off ,there will a call for counselling or to apply for COAP round and you will be notified for it. The previous year cut off for OBC was 77 and MOBC was having cut off 70 and should have more then 63.66% approx in 10+2 that is PCM %.

I think you have scored minimum marks for the crossing the cut off marks. I think Assam CEE 2019 has not declared their cut off marks .The previous year cut off marks for OBC was 77 and for MOBC was 70 and requirement of 63% above in 10+2 in PCM%.
After the declaration of cut off marks they will notify you about the counselling session and further admission process.
