HI ASPIRANT

there is no need to upload the income certificate at the time of application.

you need to provide the income certificate for the verification at the time of allotment of seat and joining in the college.

yes you can be elligible to go through general quota but prefer to go with ews quota to avoid any further problems in joining and seat allotment and fee issues.
