sir I am applying neet 2020 should.my fathers income is 800000 should I apply correct details of income or not

You should always fill correct information in filling any form to avoid any later conflicts.

To be eligible under EWS or OBC NCL reservations your familiy's income should be less than 8 lakh. Also there are other criterias of employment type of your father, size of your house and the land you own. So, consult your father or some elder to check of you can avail any of the reservations available and fill the form accordingly.

However if you are falling under general category than filling any amount won't create much difference.
