As you haven't mentioned any particular college or course in your queryso with this if you are a general category student then you won't have chances in getting the veterinary seat.
When coming to agbsc and bpharma you can get seat easily in any college.

As your rank is not very much good so that sorry to say but you have very less chances of getting admission into some good government institution under BIPC stream. But yes you have very good chances of getting admission into some good private colleges for the various courses such as agbsc, veterinary science, Horticulture and etc.
