as you secured 43040 rank under reservation of the OBC NCL category .and also you a homestate of the andhrapradesh there is chance of the getting in seat in the MINING ENGINEERING in the NIT AP. the closing rank of the mining engineering last year is 44320 as general so you can have a chance of getting seat in mining engineering in the last round of counselling.
NO! You don't have chance of getting it. The previous year OBC-NCL cut-off rank for chemical in NIT Tadepalli is 10178. So, with your rank you can't get.

I don't think it is possible for you to get the Chemical Engineering branch in NIT, Andhra Pradesh based on your rank.
I have checked previous 5 year cutoffs and it is necessary for a candidate of obc ncl to secure a rank below 15k to stand a chance in this branch.
