Yes you can get the original (or a copy of) the migration certificate even after one year from the school that you went to in your +2.
Even I had taken a drop after 12th and I had forgotten to take my migration certificate from the school administration but they had kept it safely so when I went to take it after a year they just asked for my enrollment number and gave me my migration certificate hence I suppose the same will be for you.
I advise you to consult your school authorities as soon as possible.
