Actually this process of filling the mark declaration is only for those students who are from other states of intermediate board ; either having cbse board, or diploma. This form is not for the students of TS/AP BIE. However,at the time of filling the application, it will ask you for BIE hall ticket if you have entered it wrongly then you have to fill the mark declaration form. If you have received any message/mail from them asking you have to submit the mark declaration form then you have to submit for sure. Make a note, if you still have any confusion, you can give a try by opening the link and fill your Eamcet hall ticket Number, mobile number (registered one) and your registration number then click on search button, it shows you a pop up screen saying that Dear candidate, while filling the online application for ts Eamcet,you have selected the type of examination as Intermediate regular /intermediate (vocational). In this regard, you need not to submit this mark declaration form as we are receiving your marks from the board of intermediate TS/AP.
