Sorry but you can't get IITs with this rank but you can get admission in Top NITs as per your M.Sc. Stream. For Admission in IITs, your rank must lie below 2000 AIR. but with this rank you can get Top NITs such as NIT Calicut, NIT Durgapur, NIT Patna etc.
