I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get computer science branch in any of the well reputed institutes.
As computer science branch is one of the most sought after branches and even it is a core branch so it has high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
Either you try for different branch in the same institutes or take admission into any different institutes with your desired branch.
