Sir i am getting 297 in bitsat 2019 can i get mechanical branch in any of the campuses

At 297 marks in bitsat 2019 you may get mechanical engineering branch in BITS GOA AND HYDERABAD campuses.

Last year its cutoff for mechanical engineering is 283 for BITS GOA campus and 275 for BITS HYDERABAD CAMPUS.This year cutoff may increase upto max of 10 marks but you will get one of them.

At this score you can also get civil engineering,chemical engineering or manufacturing engineering branch in BITS PILANI campus.So you can go for the following choices according to your score.

In 297 it will be hard for you to get admission in BITS for mechanical engineering.

however you will get admission in the chemical engineering branch in the goa/hydrabad campus.

following are the possible branches for you in the following:

goa- chemical, electronics and instrumentation

hydrabad- chemical, civil, manufacturing, electronics and instrumentation

see these are observations on the basis of last year admissions. there is a little chance that you may get mechanical also in either goa or hydrabad campus, so hope for the best.

As per the previous year’s cutoff chances of getting mechanical branch is only there for Goa and Hyderabad campus.

But Each year the cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes.

So I would suggest to go for college predictor inorder to get a rough idea.

Also you can previous years cutoff to get an average.
