You have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical College as per last year least marks cutoff secure a seat under state quota for unreserved which was 368 marks in ESI post graduate institute of medical sciences,Bengaluru and Kodagu institute of medical sciences . Remember that cutoff varies every year depending upon number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of exam , students scoring more than you and your category

As you know cutoff for state quota is quiet less as compared to all India quota so you have chances to secure seat in your own state whereas you can apply for deemed Universities too to be on safer side
