Sir I am getting 76 marks in jee advance 2019 , will I able to qualify . I belong to obc-ncl category .

The minimum aggregate marks for OBC category to be eligible for admissions is 81. With your score it is a little bit tough to get admission in any one of the colleges. But still, you can try.
