Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be  40843. Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.

In 2018, the cut offs for various branches for NIT have been as follows:

Civil Engineering: 38632

Electrical Engineering: 23059

ECE: 19325

Mechanical Engineering: 28474

Bio Technical Engineering: 48176

CSE: 13717

Chemical Engineering: 39280

Metallurgical Engineering: 47913

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. But with your rank, you might have decent chance in NIT Durgarpur in  Mettalurgical and Biotechnical Engineering branches. But if you want other branches, you may have to appear for April session. And should you be interested in appearing for JEE Advanced, you will qualify because the expected quailfying percentile is 85 and above.
