Sir i am not interested to join college ,which i have got allotment in 1st phase of appgecet counceliing.what should i do for second councelling? till i didnt give self report or reporting to that particular collge. & when was the second councelling strats? what was the procedure?

Hey Sai! If you does not report to the allotted college within the date provided your seat will automatically cancelled. So don't worry about that but before applying for second round you need to think which college is best for you and which college you will get based on your rank and marks.
