Sir I am not write a jee mains 2019 January exam.but I can write a second attempt in April exam????

You can give an attempt in JEE Mains april exam..Its not compulsory to give both the attempts
If even both the attempts are given the one with the highest score is taken into considered..

Yes, if you were not able to write the Jan exam, you'll still be able to write the April exam. This time the Students have been given two chances to get an admission. Your only loss is that you lost one chance. However, you can cope up by studying very hard for this attempt.
