See that doesn't matter whether you are from outside or inside Rajasthan cuttoff is same for all. Coming to the point of your MAINS rank and score. Since your score is approx to 100 so you may have good chances to opt branches like IT / ECE / MECHANICAL or may be EEE. Getting CSE Department will be somewhat difficult for you because it will take a cuttoff of nearly 120- 130 marks.
