Sir I am studying 2year inter can I do hotel management with B.com

There is no any course available Hotel Management with B.com. If you are interested then you can go for B.Com then after you can go for MBA in Hotel Mangement. But both are the totally different field.
After 12th NCHMCT JEE is a National level exam which offer the admission to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Administration programmes at 21 central institutes of hotel management, 2 new state IHMs, 20 state government institutes of hotel management, 14 private institutes of hotel management and 1 public sector undertaking.
