Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. Your question is not very much clear as what you are asking so please write full also for ews certificate you should go to the government office where it is made like collectorate office,etc with proper income certificate and complete the process there so you will get the certificate in some days and also if you have not cleared advanced there are many more colleges which you can get through JEE main also.
