sir I appeared for gate in 2017,2018 and qualified in both .In 2017 , my score is 283,rank 27318,marks 22.29 in 2018 score is 293,marks 21

You should use your better score and chances are little less to get seat in NITs. Also, to get a previous year cut off trend you can go through the below link -
