    But I want dual degree not single degree so it may possible or not?

    Last year, jee mains cut off for obc students was about 73, as far I remember. So, I think u would not get the government colleges

    If u qualify jee mains, only then u can appear at jee mains counseling. After which u can choose a B. Tech program, otherwise not.
