Dear Balaki,
There is no upper or maximum age limit for NEET examination as of now. Many educational experts claim that the decision about the upper age limit is still pending and hence all the candidates of any ages above the minimum age limit are eligible for NEET examination.
However, the minimum age of candidate must have 17 years old to be eligible for the NEET examination.
By above criteria, it is clear that you can sit for the NEET exam.

Hi
You have completed BE, did you have biology in youe 10+2? I am assuming you had it.
Yes , with your date of birth you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you are 30 year old.
This is because ,
There's no upper age limit for neet, earlier there was age limit of 25 years for Neet but now this matter is in Supreme Court and till the supreme court passes judgement on it, there is no upper age limit for neet examination
And now there's Only minimum age limit according to which ,
to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021 and you fulfil this criteria as you are more than 17 years old with your date of birth and thus you are eligible
Apart from age,
To be eligible you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
