Well this type of problems occur or arise when your upload documents is not fullfill the respective need.
In your case your birth certificate and Nativity certificate was not valid that's why this defect was shown. For this you can reupload these documents at the time when the keam give the date for correction.
Yes their is a correction period in filling of all the application you can correct your wrong data at that time.
