Sir I have dream that crack ias in first attempt within 21years to become cabinet secretary easily I have confusion on that only do you know Sir ansarahammed who is crack the exam in 21 years he is my ideal

Yess you can also clear IAS in 1 attempt like your idol at the age of 21 but the basic eligibility is you must be a graduate from any stream.
And it's totally depends on you the way you prepare for your exams if you will work hard definitely you will get success
