Sir I did not apply for 1st counselling can I do it for 2nd state counselling? I am from tel angina.

Yes, you can attend the second counseling directly, but you cannot claim a seat already booked in first counseling by a candidate with rank lower than you.

Thank you sir for your respone . sir can you please tell me how should i apply for 2nd counselling that we should register newly for 2nd round because i did not register for 1st round
