Sir I failed in 11 CBSE 2016 and after 1 year gap in 2018 I passed my 12 from UP Board private without passing 11 will it effect in gov job

Actually you don't know your college would passed in class 11th then you are elligible for class 12th .

How will i present it in front of interviewers in upsc pls tell
Hi you have not to show any information about class 11 there will be need of class 10 the and 12th . There are no any certificate of 11th required in any Examination or in interview.Please don't confuse you will not have any problem.
