sir i filled neet application form of 2019 but i filled half i didn't pay money so it is my 3rd attempt so can i fill upcoming applications form of neet 2020

Dear Kumar, there is no cap on no.of attempts at NEET. And when you dont appear for an entrance examination, it is not considered as an attempt. Now there in no upper age limit for NEET. So as long as you fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria, you can appear for NEET 2020. For the benefit of you and lakhs of aspirants, we shall detail the registration process.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
• No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
• You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
• 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
• NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible

Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020

As you've already appeared for NEET, I'm not going into Eligibility Criteria. Anyway, coming straight to the answer. You are eligible to appear for NEET, as there's no age limit owing to Supreme Court's order. Moreover, this confirms there's no set limit in terms of appearing for NEET.
