Hello Tanay Sharma ,thanks for asking this question on this platform.now as from 2019 JEE will be conducted by National testing agency twice in a year so if you forget to fill one form then no need to be worry .you can fill second form and on that basis your rank will be considered.thanks I hope this will help you
No need to worry more about that tanay you will get another opportunity to fill up the JEE MAINS examination Application form after few month i.e from February 8 - March 7 in this period of time you can be easily able to fill up the form for JEE mains April session exam.
