There are many ways to get your application number .
Check your sms because they send sms when you are registering for the exam. And it contains your application number.
If not then go to your registered email id.since they also send email of registration. And also contains your application number. Check spam also
If not then go to the official government exam website . There you see the option of forget application number ,found my account ... there they ask some question by answering them correctly you can recover account..
