Hello there. Can you please tell about which college are you talking about. But on a simple note, in most of the cases one have to pay the college fees regardless of which cast or state he is. The concession is only provided if you fall under EWS or TWD. Other than these one have to pay the regular fees of the college.

So Manish, NIT Nagaland provide 100% tution fees wiever for all the SC candidate along with those who family income is less than 1lakh per annum. So the only fees that you have to pay is for all the extra things like registration fees, hostel fees admission fees and many other criteria like these, but the area where you will get the relaxation is the tution fees and from the fees paid most of the part is of tution fees. So you will have to pay but it's not going to be like the fees that other are paying. You have to pay for other things except the tution fees.
