most probably, Marks ranging between 60 to 65 the ranking will be between 10001 to 20000 . considering these ranks, its almost impossible to get a free seat in any of the top colleges in karnataka. its also very hard to secure free seat in any of the mid-tier colleges too. during counselling try applying for a wide range of colleges in all categories to try to avail yourself a free seat in colleges
