Yes you might get a seat as there are few NIT's whose closing rank was beyond 1 lakh so you might get one of those. Here are there names -
1. NIT, Agartala
2. Nit , Arunachal Pradesh
3. Nit Puducherry
4. Nit , Mizoram
5. Nit , Manipur
6. Nit, Sikkim
Therefore you can try for the north eastern states NIT's
