As per the previous year cutoff the chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IITs or GFTIs however you can try for the state level counseling like

1) Rewa Engineering College - B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering

2) D.Y. Patil College of Engineering - DYPCOE - B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
