This year engineering clgs fees raises above 1 lakh I.e top colleges so many of them drop to opt such colleges so I have chances to get there??

On the basis of the rank you secured you might get JNTU College of Engineering, Manthani with CSE and ECE.
Now about fees and income,you need to consult with your respective college,wether they will give you any sort of scholarship or any wavier in tution fees.I would suggest you to consult the colleges you have planned to study in regarding this as well as admission procedures and eligibility.
