with your score you have really tough or no chances to get into medical colleges.as you did not mention your category considering you as gen student you have not cleared the cutoff .the cutoffs are:
UR/EWS:720-147
OBC:146-113
SC:146-113
UR/EWS:146-129
SC/ST/OBC PWD:128-113
